90 Day Time Frame: Now that many HOA/Condo elections have concluded don't forget to certify your incoming members. Directors elected or appointed to the board must certify in writing to the association's secretary that they have read the governing documents. Or they may complete an educational program approved by the state within 90 days of the election or appointment.
